My seven-year-old is going to be involved with Jump Rope For Heart for the first time ever. It brings back memories of when I did this as a kid and that was a LONG time ago. He is very excited about it and very passionate about doing the best he can to raise money and awareness for the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
