I apologize that I have not been posting, but I have a really good reason…and here she is:
She arrived on Monday, September 10th and we couldn’t be more thrilled. She is an amazing baby, sleeps and eats well and I couldn’t ask for more. I know, with her quiet disposition, I could probably spend a lot more time in my craft room, but I choose, instead, to spend my time holding her. She is my last baby and I know she will not be little for very long. When she is tired of being held and I am feeling better after my c-section, I will venture back into the craft room and be creative. Until then, thanks for being a faithful follower and I shall post something creative soon.

Nugget Purses
I made these for a swap that I am in. They are so cute and this is the perfect paper pack to make them with.
Supplies Used:
Paper: La Belle Vie
Accessories: Assorted Ribbon, Assorted Gems
Directions:
Cut ribbon in 4 1/2" pieces to coordinate with the cardstock. Cut cardstock to 4 1/2" x 1 1/2". Cut another coordinating cardstock piece 1" x 1 1/2" (for the flap accent piece). Score the long piece (front of cardstock facing up) at 1 1/4", 2 1/4", 3 1/2" and 3 3/4". Fold on the score lines to form the purse. Round the corners of the short size of the purse and do the same for the flap accent. Using adhesive, attach the flap accent to the flap as depicted in the picture. Attached the ribbon to the purse putting adhesive on the ribbon ends. Place a glue dot on the bottom of each Chocolate Nugget and attach to the bottom of the purse. Put a glue dot on the inside of each flap to close the purse. Embellish the front of the flap as desired.

Welcome Baby
I created this simple birth announcement for a baby boy. I am unsure of the stamps used, but know they are retired. The stork is flocked with white flocking powder.

This card was another design by the fabulous Marissa Nelson-Jones. Believe it or not, it was made with the Footloose paper pack. The background was random stamped and it turned out just lovely.
Supplies used:
Paper: Footloose (retired)
Stamps: Card Word Puzzle, a retired sentiment set (can’t remember the name)
Accessories: Gold Glitter, Sakura Quickie Glue Pen

Thinking Of You
I made this card while visiting a friend. It is so much prettier and sparklier in real life. She introduced me to a ballpoint glue pen and now I am hooked.
Aside from the obvious satin ribbon and glitter, I can’t tell you what stamp sets were used. I should have written them down while I was there. The card base came from a discounted set that I picked up at Winners.
I did order some of the Sakura Quickie Glue Pens. The cheapest place I found them was ScrapbookPal.com. The link to the pens is here.
